Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 : Boiling

Put the raw noodles into boiling water, after cooked, dip in cold water and drain up.

Step 2 :  Cutting

Fried egg into thin egg skin, and then shred the egg skin, cucumber, carrot, and ham.

Step 3 : Stirring

Make the sauce with one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of sesame oil, and two spoons of sesame paste. Stir the sauce evenly.

Step 4 : Plating

Place the noodles in the bowl first, and then put all the ingredients on it, lastly, topped with sauce from step 3. Serve immediately!
