Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 : Prepare

Remove the shrimp head and deveined. Soaking Longkou Vermicelli in the water to make it softened. Heating the wok before adding oil, and then frying the shrimp head until red, adds one cup of water and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 2 :  Sauté

Heat the oil in the wok and add shrimps to cook both sides until pink.

Step 3 : Frying

Use the same wok from step 2, add and heat oil. Add crushed garlic, onion, chili, and ground meat, stir fry until half cooked. Add Hot Bean sauce, soy paste, Ocean Brook rice cooking wine, salt, sugar, white pepper powder, soup from step 1, shrimps from step 2, and the Longkou Vermicelli.

Step 4 : Plating

Place the Vermicelli in the bowl first, and then put shrimp on the top with chopped green onion and cilantro.
