Step by Step Instructions
Step 1 : Prepare
Soaking potato glass noodle and dried mushrooms separately into the water to soften it up, and then slice all vegetables and softened mushrooms into fine strips.
Step 2 : Frying
Heating the wok before adding oil, and then add the onion, carrot, softened mushroom, and black fungus in order. Stir fry until half cooked, then add the cucumber keep frying till fully cooked.
Step 3 : Stirring
Cooking potato glass noodle in boiling water, remove and drain first and then mix with the sauce in a bowl.
Step 4 : Dressing
Add the fried vegetables and mix well before sprinkling with white sesame. Serve immediately!
